Anyone hurt or in danger? Ring 112 first. Sort the vehicle out once everyone is safe.

Dublin’s southside stretches from the Grand Canal through Rathmines, Ranelagh and Terenure, out along the N11 through Donnybrook and Stillorgan, and down to the M50’s southern section and the M11 towards Wicklow.

Describe the vehicle

Car, van or motorbike: the registration and a line in the notes tell the operator what is coming onto the truck. The price on the request screen depends on the vehicle and on the distance to your drop-off.

Heading out of the city

If the car needs to go a long way, for example back to a home in Wicklow or a dealer across the city, put the full drop-off in. The kilometres are part of the price you see before you confirm.

In the app

Pin, registration, drop-off, problem, price, confirm, and then the operator on your map.
