Join the TowNow network as an operator

From the partner form to your first request on the tower side of the app.

TowNow has two sides. Drivers use the app to ask for a tow. Operators use the same app, signed in as a tower, to receive those requests. This post is for the second group.

Who can apply

Tow truck drivers and recovery companies, whether you run one truck or several. The network started in Dublin and is growing into Meath, Kildare and Wicklow, but if you are elsewhere in Ireland we still want to hear from you.

Step one: the form

The partner form asks for:

  • your name and business name
  • your county
  • how many recovery vehicles you have
  • an e-mail address and a phone number
  • anything else that helps: the area you cover, the type of trucks, the hours you work

Step two: the review

Someone from the TowNow team reads every application.

Step three: the call

We ring you to confirm your registration, go through how the network works and the terms, and set you up in the app. Nothing is agreed until that conversation.

What a request looks like

Each request carries the pickup and the drop-off, the vehicle’s registration, the problem the driver picked and sometimes photos. While you are on the way, the driver can see you on their map and look at your operator profile, so keeping your profile complete matters.
