How do jobs reach me?
Through the TowNow app. Drivers send requests with the pickup, the drop-off, the registration and the problem. Operators signed in on the tower side see the requests near them.
Do I have to take every job?
Tell us how you like to work when we call. We would rather have operators who take the jobs they can do well.
Where would I work?
Your county and the area you cover go on the form. The network started in Dublin and is growing into Meath, Kildare and Wicklow.
What does it cost, and what do I earn?
That is the first thing we go through on the call, along with when you are paid. You agree to nothing before then.
What do drivers see about me?
Your operator profile, before and during the job, and your position on their map while you drive to them. A clear profile helps drivers relax while they wait.
What should I have ready when you call?
- your business details
- how many recovery vehicles you run and what they can carry
- the area and the hours you cover
